Marilyn Flanagan is Senior Vice-President, Business Operations, responsible for the Transfer Agency's Domestic and International Processing, Quality Assurance, Trust Accounting, Contact Centre and Management Company Support.

Prior to IFDS, Marilyn held the position of Senior Vice-President, Client Services with TD Meloche Monnex. In that role, she led the sales and services operations personnel who handled a $1 billion portfolio for 1M clients. Marilyn was accountable for sales and revenue generation, business planning and the overall client experience.

Marilyn has 25 years experience in the financial services sector and has extensive knowledge and expertise in service excellence and operational efficiency.

Marilyn was born on the east coast, grew up in Montreal and currently resides in Toronto. Marilyn received her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Toronto. She is a working member of The Investment Funds Institute of Canada (IFIC) Operations Committee and a volunteer fundraiser.
