John Bennett is Senior Vice-President and co-leader of the Deposit Servicing business, responsible for IFDS' business process and technology outsourcing for Guaranteed Investment Certificates (GICs) and for the development of additional banking outsource solutions.

Prior to IFDS, John held the position of Executive Vice-President Products and Operations at AGF Trust Company a division of AGF Management. In this role, he was accountable for all products and operations for the Trust Company and was a key member of the leadership team. His previous experience includes serving as Associate Vice-President, Small Business Banking at TD Canada Trust, where he was accountable for small business products and services, from deposit accounts and cash management and loans and lines of credit to commercial mortgages and electronic access products and services.

John has over 25 years experience in the financial services industry and has developed knowledge and expertise in all aspects of retail banking. John holds an MBA in financial Services from Dalhousie University and is also a Fellow of the Institute of Canadian Bankers. (See attached file: John Bennett Final.jpg).
