David Bullock is Executive Vice-President, Client Relationship Management, responsible for relationship management and dealer relations.

Prior to IFDS, David spent 7 1/2 years at Russell Investments where he most recently held the position Managing Director of US Sales and Client Service and before that as Managing Director, Sales & Distribution for Russell Canada. His previous experience also includes12 years at CIBC in roles such as SVP Sales, Marketplace Bank and bank@work, VP, Imperial Service and District Manager in the Retail Branch network.

David has over 20 years experience in the financial services industry both in the US and Canada and has developed knowledge and expertise in sales of mutual funds and retail banking products.

David is a native of Sleepy Hollow, New York. He received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Toronto. He holds his Canadian Securities Course and FINRA Series 7 designations.
