IFDS community involvement program, iCARE, is focused on improving the quality of life of children and their families by investing in programs that make a difference in our communities. We are a strong supporter of the University Settlement Recreation Centre as well as breast cancer research and support programs. IFDS also participates in an annual fall United Way campaign, matching 50 per cent of associates' contributions.

We also promote associate volunteerism. Our Day Off to Volunteer Program allows associates to take one paid day off to volunteer at an approved charity. Our Community Relations Policy donates $1,000 to a registered charity where an associate has volunteered at least 175 hours in a given year.
