William Slattery - CEO - International, DST Financial Services and Chairman, IFDS

Willie Slattery 

William (Willie) Slattery is Chief Executive Officer - International of DST Financial Services, with responsibility for all business activities operating outside of the United States. In addition, Willie serves as Chairman of International Financial Data Services (IFDS).

Willie brings a wealth of experience having most recently held senior roles in State Street in EMEA. Prior to this he was Managing Director and Head of Global Risk Management at Deutsche Asset Management and a member of the Group Risk Board of Deutsche Bank AG.

His earlier career included 23 years at the Central Bank of Ireland, including senior leadership roles with responsibility for the supervision of Ireland's International Financial Services Centre and as Deputy Head of Banking Supervision, with responsibility for supervising all Irish banks.

He is a former Chairman of Financial Services Ireland and was a member of the Public Expenditure Review Group, established by the Irish Government in 2009, as part of its response to the Irish economic crisis.

Katherine MacMillan - President & CEO, North America

Katherine MacMillan

Katherine MacMillan is President and Chief Executive Officer of International Financial Data Services (Canada) Ltd. (IFDS). Katherine has served as President & CEO since February 2014, as well as a Board Member.

Prior to joining IFDS, Katherine spent over 15 years at Manulife Financial, holding various leadership roles in Client Services, Marketing and Operations.  In her last role, Katherine served as Executive Vice President & General Manager, leading international teams across Canada, the US and Philippines with full accountability for strategy and continued growth of the John Hancock Retirement Plan Services business.

Katherine has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, developing extensive expertise in transformational change, driving efficiencies, brand positioning and operations. She holds a Bachelor of Arts and is a graduate of the Executive Leadership Program from Queen’s University. Katherine was also honored as one of Canada’s top leaders in the Top 40 under 40 program, a national program that uniquely celebrates the achievements of 40 Canadians in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors, who have reached a significant level of success before the age of 40.

Steve Parkinson - CEO, Wealth Management & Insurance

Steve Brown

Steve Parkinson is Chief Executive Officer for Wealth Management & Insurance, a combination of our Platforms and Retirement and Insurance Solutions (RIS) offerings.

Steve has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services, mainly in Life and Pensions, working for both product providers and service suppliers. He spent the 10 years before joining IFDS at Capita where he led a team that built up a substantial Life & Pensions Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) business, administering over 20 million policies.

Nick Wright - CEO Funds & IT

Nick Wright

Nick Wright is Chief Executive Officer - Funds at DST Financial Services, with responsibility for transfer agency and outsourcing solutions to asset managers. Previously Senior Vice President – Head of Global Services UK and South Africa at State Street, Nick was responsible for their servicing businesses in the UK, Middle East, Africa, Netherlands and Nordics.

Prior to this, Nick was the Chief Operating Officer for State Street Global Services in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA). In this role, he was responsible for operations, product and client servicing.

Nick’s previous roles included: Senior Vice President and Head of Global Services and Global Markets in Singapore with responsibility for developing State Street’s businesses in South and Southeast Asia; and Head of State Street’s business in Poland and business transformation in Europe.

During Nick’s career, he’s lived and worked in Ireland, Chicago & Singapore. Nick has held management positions for Investors Trust Europe, Northern Trust, AXA Investment Managers and National Mutual.
